1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PintSave website, downloader, related pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. About PintSave
PintSave is a browser-based utility designed to help users access downloadable media made publicly available through supported links to Pinterest Pins, TikTok videos, and Facebook videos or Reels. The Service may provide access to public videos, images, GIFs, or other supported media when those files are technically available from the relevant source.
PintSave does not ask you to provide credentials for these platforms and is not designed to bypass authentication, private accounts, restricted content, digital access controls, or other protections. PintSave is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, or their parent companies.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to online terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
4. Permitted Use
PintSave is intended primarily for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use. You may use the Service only for content that you own, have permission to download, is in the public domain, is licensed for your intended use, or you are otherwise legally entitled to access and use.
Public availability or technical downloadability does not mean that content is free from copyright or other legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights or permission for your intended use.

6. Prohibited Uses

- Access private, restricted, removed, protected, or authentication-only content.
- Bypass security measures, access controls, authentication, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems.
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Distribute malware, malicious code, phishing content, or unsafe links.
- Interfere with, overload, damage, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
- Conduct excessive automated requests, scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading.
- Resell, sublicense, mirror, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
We may apply technical limits, suspend requests, or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or enforce these Terms.
7. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property
Media accessed through PintSave originates from third-party platforms and content creators. PintSave does not claim ownership of third-party media, and all rights remain with the applicable creators, copyright holders, licensors, platforms, or other rights holders.
PintSave does not determine whether a particular download or later use qualifies as fair use, fair dealing, licensed use, public-domain use, or another copyright exception. You are responsible for obtaining any permission required for your use.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and other third-party platforms operate independently from PintSave. Their services, content, systems, terms, and availability may change at any time. Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to the terms and policies that apply between you and that platform.
9. PintSave Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original design, text, branding, software, functionality, and graphics, may be protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, sell, license, distribute, or exploit PintSave proprietary materials without authorization.
10. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review or other feedback, you retain any rights you hold in your content and grant PintSave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and moderate it for operating and promoting the Service. Reviews may display the name and message you choose to submit publicly.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, spam, confidential, or sensitive personal information. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion. To request review removal, use the Contact Us page.
11. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you are a rights holder and believe that use of the Service raises a specific concern, contact us through the Contact Us page. Identify the work or right involved, the relevant URL, the nature of the issue, your contact information, your relationship to the rights holder, and any information reasonably needed for review.
PintSave does not control content published on supported source platforms. Requests to remove original source content may also need to be directed to the relevant platform.
12. Privacy, Advertising, and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use PintSave. The Service may include third-party analytics, advertising, sharing, consent-management, and security technologies. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Service Availability and Technical Limitations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, support for every URL, availability of any particular quality or format, complete or error-free results, or compatibility with every browser, device, network, or platform configuration.
Third-party platforms may change their systems, media formats, access rules, or technical behavior without notice. PintSave does not upscale, recreate, or guarantee third-party media quality.
14. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including functionality, supported formats, request limits, regional availability, maintenance, and security controls.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service is being abused, traffic threatens stability or security, or access creates legal or regulatory risk.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, content availability, result accuracy, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement arising from your use of third-party content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PintSave and its operator, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or access to the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you download, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use. This does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

Information provided through PintSave about copyright, permissions, personal use, downloading, or third-party rights is general information and is not legal advice. If you are uncertain about a proposed use, obtain appropriate permission or independent legal advice.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, technical requirements, or applicable law. The date above shows the latest update. Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the operator of PintSave is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Severability and No Waiver
